EXPERIENCE

I manage pay-per-click campaigns (AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for SaaS companies, global service providers, eCommerce / retail businesses, and local service clients with budgets ranging from $500/mo to $330,000/mo. Between routine account management and strategic planning, I also work with clients setting up, integrating & utilizing CRMs and/or closed-loop revenue reporting to adjust strategies based on lead volume, lead quality, revenue, etc. Additionally, I design, build, and test landing pages & display ads to improve conversion rate and increase total lead generation.
PPC Account Manager
At Artonic, I was responsible for managing paid media campaigns on behalf of local, regional, and national clients.
In tandem with the paid efforts, I was responsible for landing page creation and conversion rate optimization (A/B testing). I also executed pre-launch SEO best practices for new site launches, SEO refreshes for existing sites, managed content creation & e-mail marketing strategies. Lastly, I communicated internally on agency strategy as well as externally to clients to plan future campaigns & report on the successes of their campaigns.

I launched Axe Packs on a shoestring budget and received a grant from Start Garden - a Grand Rapids based business accelerator. I built the site on CrateJoy's subscription eCommerce platform, sourced wholesale products, acquired custom international products, taught myself paid digital marketing, managed inventory and fulfilled orders.

At Magnachek, I managed marketing and sales operations. I implemented data-driven marketing tactics, a CRM, brand standards, e-mail marketing, call tracking, and more. During my time here, I utilized digital marketing tactics to increase a 49% increase in total RFQs month-over-month, while reduceing Cost / RFQ by 12%.
